The Nutrition In Celery

Celery has many nutritional benefits. In several Asian countries, the seeds of celery are boiled in water, strained and drunk to provide relief from dyspepsia. Even children can be given this celery water. A teaspoon of celery seeds can be boiled in a cup of water. This should be had at least 2 times a day. This same celery water can be drunk to get fast relief from UTI.
